About Melody
*In foster care in North Epping, Sydney*
A very sweet and gentle young lady, Melody has been a devoted mum to her kittens and is now looking for an amazing forever home of her own!
She's settled quickly into domestic life, with good food, adoring pats and long naps on a sunny bed counting among her favourite things.
This beautiful cat has had a tough start, with a couple of battle scars to show for it until the hair grows back :) While Melody is calm and relaxed by nature, she is still getting used being picked up and held. She will absolutely flourish in a loving home with or without children or other pets.
Like all Maggie's pets, Melody is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will be fairly quiet without too much bustle. I'd enjoy living with a single person, a couple or a family - I'm easy! As long as there's delicious food and lots of pats I'll be a VERY happy girl.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Pretty low! I prefer to potter around and snooze rather than play and chase.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I've become accustomed to family life in my foster home, so kids don't worry me at all! As long as they don't try to pick me up all the time I'm sure we'll get along just fine :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: It might not be love at first sight, but I think I'd be perfectly happy in a home with a friendly adult cat or dog.

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
