ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS -- INDOORS ONLY -- CHILDREN 10+ -- NO OTHER PETS

Meet Monique! A darling girl who was surrendered to the shelter as her owner had too many pets. Monique is a very sweet, albeit occasionally shy girl. She has not had a lot of experience with humans, but from her time in foster care and at the shelter, we have discovered she is a very sweet, very social little girl. She can sometimes get a bit overwhelmed in busy or loud situations, which is why we have recommended children over 10 years (who can read her social cues), and she is no longer fond of other animals. Monique has previously been an indoor/outdoor cat, but has begun to show some signs of solar damage on her ears - currently, she is in a place where this is not debilitating or life threatening, but she will need to be indoors only from here on out.
