About Meteor Plays With Toddlers!
CPOM DOES MELBOURNE AND BEYOND ADOPTIONS!
You don't need to leave your home to adopt from us, we do our meet & greets online and bring the cat/kitten to you! How good is that?
Meteor was surrendered to Cat People of Melbourne because his family were concerned for his safety... there had been threats against his life! Not because he was allowed to roam or any other irresponsible practice, but because a neighbour decided they didn't like the family's cat.
So poor Meteor found himself in foster care at three years of age, a bit dazed and confused but very happy to make new friends with everyone he met in the household. Meteor is the ideal family cat, especially if you have little children. Yes, you read that right. This cat is toddler friendly. He's not normal, but in the best way possible!
This handsome marbled tabby and white boy loves his food, and is a big boy. Picking him up is weight training. He's affectionately called 'Meatloaf' by his carers because of his substantial build. All the more to love we say!
If you're looking for a cat to grow up with your little human, Meteor is the boy for you. He won't last, he really is a special lad. Hit the enquiry button now to get more info on Meteor the Marvellous!
Meteor is a healthy raw fed cat who has been wormed, flea treated, vaccinated, desexed and microchipped (microchip #956000006100585, source #RE101165). He is available for adoption right now!
------------------------------------------------------
To adopt a cat from Cat People you'll be required to have a remote or in-person house check done, show photo ID & proof of address, and fill out & sign an adoption contract.
Cats from our group are all are vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being taken home by their adopters. Additionally, all of our cats have been evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and well socialised. Please note: all Cat People cats and kittens are indoor only, this is not negotiable.
We will communicate with you through every step of the adoption process to ensure that your experience (and the cat's) is excellent and that you are confident in your decision to adopt a feline companion. Returns are only accepted due to health issues confirmed by a veterinarian.
We only accept adoptions from people with residency in Australia. If you are on a work or student visa, talk to us about fostering with the group instead!
