Meet Token the Greyhound (Tokey for short)

He’s a 2 year old ex-racing greyhound and the biggest softie. He has such a placid nature and loves affection and food!

Sadly he’s clearly not been well cared for and is underweight and therefore food obsessed. This is something his new owners will need to work on and it will require patience and time.
Token has obviously not been socialised being an ex-racer and so many things are a first for him. It’s beautiful to watch him experience things for the first time like walking on sand and stepping in the sea.
He’s fine with dogs even small ones but not been tested with cats. He does seem to prefer humans than dogs so could be an only dog too.
Although skinny he’s still a big dog and would benefit from living in a good sized space to stretch his long legs.
All he needs is kindness, time and understanding and he will reward you with a lifetime of love and gratitude.
