Max is a beautiful boy, pure bred, stunning to look at and very well mannered. He is a little wary of small kids and so we ask that kids be over 12 years old. But in saying that he loves to play ball and go for walks and having older kids will be great for him and them . Unfortunately he had a bad experience with someone who doesn’t understand dogs and they put him into a bad situation, making him nervous of new dogs, but as you can see from the photos and videos below, when he is with people he trusts, he can relax and have fun. Max is extremely affectionate. He likes to hug and get into your lap. He gives slobbery kisses and loves to be patted and brushed. In the right home he will thrive.
He is an inside outside dog, he sleeps inside, he is house trained. No Apartments!
His coat needs brushing and grooming, he needs physical and mental stimulation. He’d like to be the only dog or have have a lovely female girl doggie friend.
Max is very smart, very intelligent and sensitive. If you think Max is the one for you then you really need to put a lot of information into the application, really show us that you’ve read the requirements to make Max happy.
