IF you or any family member are displaying any cold/flu- like symptoms, we ask you to wait before applying for a dog. If you have returned from overseas or been on a cruise anywhere in the world, please do not apply within 2 weeks of your return to Australia.

Requirements:
• No children or grandchildren
• Another friendly, active & similar sized dog
• A patient household that will allow him time to settle into his new home
• A calm inside home lifestyle

Lachie can be growly & snappy in certain situations & for this reason would not be suitable if you have any small children around. These situations include taking toys off him or getting him to move if he doesn’t want too. His behaviour has improved over time in foster care but will still require monitoring & awareness.
Lachie is currently living with 3 other small dogs and gets on well with them all. He would definitely need to live with another similar size, friendly & confident dog that he could learn from. He is not so keen on the cat but has lived with a cat before. He is also toilet trained.
