This is Howie,
He was found in the most appalling condition. We believe he never had a haircut/trim in his small life. (Pics included)
But that hasn’t given him any hang ups or behaviourial issues.
After we groomed him, he needed to be desexed and he was suffering from some skin allergies due to the massive wet matted coat.
Everything has healed up and he is learning to be a happy fun loving puppy like doggie.
He could suit a few different homes, but he wouldn’t suit young children.
Howie needs basic training and someone that is home regularly.
He can get very excitable and has a bad habit of humping when he is.
But his foster carer has been teaching him, that it is inappropriate.
We think he is a Lhasa Apso x Maltese.
