“Hello, my name is Otis and I’m looking for a family because I don’t have one at the moment 🥺 but The Mad Catters are making sure that I feel safe and loved in my foster home.

I grew up in a home so I’m used to people and I really want to just cuddle up with them, but I am a little scared. I was only rescued this morning but they say I’m at a great age to meet my family so I can bond with them and become best friends! I do like quiet kids and think that I would make great friends with them, and hopefully be able to cuddle and play when I feel ready. I like to scrunch soft blankets through my paws while I make myself comfortable on your lap, and I definitely know what the biscuit bag sounds like.
