About Mia
*In foster care in Waterloo, Sydney*
Marvellous young lady Mia is a sweet, affectionate tabby who is quickly learning just how wonderful life can be! Since giving her foster carers the paw of approval, her gorgeous nature has really blossomed <3 She'll often greet them with an adoring squeak when they enter a room and rain kisses on their faces.
Mia enjoys sleeping beside (and sometimes on!) you at night, and curling up in the crook of your arm for midday cuddles on the sofa. She's very independent by nature though, and will let you know exactly when snuggle time may begin :)
Like all Maggie's pets, Mia is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I'm looking for a calm, reasonably quiet home with patient and loving people who can help me develop my confidence. I'll likely need plenty of space while I settle in, find my feet and learn to trust that I'm safe. You'll understand I might take some time to bond with you, knowing how rewarding it will be when it happens!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm still very young so I do get my zoomies on occasionally! My favourite thing in the world is sleeping, though. You'll find me napping anywhere, anytime.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: A home with adults only, or older teenagers, will be the purrfect match for me.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I co-exist peacefully with the easygoing resident cat in my foster home, because she leaves me alone! I don't enjoy being sniffed or tussled with, even in play, so older cats or dogs who are happy to ignore me will probably be OK.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
