Hey hey!
How you going, pleased to meet you, can I sniff your show please?

So the name's Lucky... I've actually been a bit down on luck lately, being homeless and all - but I reckon maybe my name just sums up how lucky my new family will be?!

So a bit about me. I'm a kelpie x Jack Russell (and maybe could be more breeds in there too!) I look like a kelpie in my pics, but I'm a pretty small dude.
I'm around 5 years old - it's a good age I'd say, not a pup but not an old man.

I'm a very friendly fella. I get on very well with other dogs and love to play and socialise. I'd be happy to live with a compatible doggy friend, or just go out for play dates or park trips.
If another dog really gets on my nerves I'll tell them politely to back off because really, no one should have to put up with their personal space being totally violated. But generally speaking I'm pretty tolerant.

I'm not so sure about cats. They look pretty fun to chase. And if you have small critters like chooks or rabbits, they should be securely confined.

I love people of all ages and should be fine living with kids too.

There's one REALLY important thing you need to have if you would like to adopt me... good fences. 6ft (or higher) colourbond type fencing is essential.
I may be small but I have a spring in my step and if there are any foot holds in the fencing I'll use them to get over it.
It's not that I don't want to be around you, please know that!
In my previous home I wasn't really included as part of the family much and there was next to no fencing at all. So I got used to spending my days wandering the streets to make my own fun. It can be a tricky habit to break when you get used to being a free spirit!

Anyway, I'm a great little guy and I can't wait to meet you.
In your enquiry, please provide as much info as you can about yourself/your home, your family, other animals, what kind of lifestyle you can offer me etc.
Oh and maybe mention your fences as well! 😉
