About Jane Snow
Greetings, I am Jane Snow. George R. R. Martin substituted me when composing my story - which has become one the world's most popular tales of modern times. He didn't think humans would relate to a guinea pig heroine (RUDE!) and instead replaced me with Jon Snow. Who, it turns out, knows nothing.
So how did I come to be at BARC telling you my tale?
"My watch has ended"... I withdrew my service and dedication to the Night's Watch and after countless battles, befriending dragons, living among the Wildlings, enduring The Winter and making the treacherous journey to King's Landing, I have ventured to BARC to revive myself as a stronger and more robust, regal guinea. You see, my time in Winterfell, The Wall and beyond was something of a harsh experience and I arrived here with many a war wound from fighting the White Walkers (I think you humans call them "mites"). This left me with some sightly flesh wounds, but thanks to the magic of the Red Woman (Revolution) I have gained new life and my wounds are healed!
White Walkers slain, the 7 Kingdoms of Westeros conquered and everything in between (with more characters and plot twists than you can keep up with), I have now temporarily set up camp at BARC, ready for my next epic adventure. Would you like to accompany me on that journey? I propose you and I meet in secret - send a raven to my loyal soldiers at BARC and they will usher you in to my quarters and I will determine if you have what it takes to join me.
Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
