About Apricot
Apricot has been living with other cats, probably since she was born, and she loves to be in their company. That's why when she first came to us at SAFE she thought humans were quite scary to be around. Fast forward a few months in foster care and her carer says she is delightful. She is really affectionate and loves full body strokes as well as head and ear scratches.
Apricot likes to play especially with long pieces of string but she’s very gentle and lets go of her ‘prey’ as soon as she catches it. She is also good at entertaining herself but it's even better if she has other cats to play and snuggle with.
Apricot is cute, sweet and delightful and her default with new people is to run away and hide. We want to find a home for her that is quiet with no small children, a home with someone who’s patient and gentle, someone willing to continue the journey with her. But most of all we think Apricot will do better in a home which already has a resident cat or cats as she is so much more relaxed when they are around. So if you want to add to your feline family she would be the perfect addition.
Adopting Apricot would be a little different! You could come to her foster home but she would probably hide as she doesn't know how wonderful you are yet. So if you are interested in adopting her please give us a call and we can have a chat to see if there's a match. We can also send you a video of how well she now interacts with her foster carer.
Apricot is a beautiful, precious girl and we know that there is someone out there who is a perfect match ....Is it you....and your feline family?
