About Zarr
What a grand old lady is Zarr.
Zarr is a 10 year old greyhound, born 3 August 2010.
Don't let the numbers fool you, there's plenty of go in this grey girl who just adores her people.
Zarr walks beautifully on lead and has shown no signs of food aggression or separation anxiety.
She is very outgoing but doesn't enjoy car rides so would be much happier walking along beside you.
Zarr seems to be ok with other dogs, large and small, but, as she is so people orientated, we would recommend she be initially homed as an only dog or with another greyhound.
Zarr does possibly have some prey drive so no cats or pocket pets for this girl.
While Zarr will give you the morning zoomies, you are likely to find her stretched out on the couch for the rest of the day.
Zarr is not bothered by loud noises and sudden movements but we would still recommend she be allowed inside during thunderstorms and fireworks where she knows she is safe. Zarr shows every sign that she has been toilet trained.
Zarr is absolutely full of affection, and would love to be in a home where she is included as a member of the family and involved in the day to day activities. Zarr will thrive in an environment that guides her with positive direction and lots of love and attention.
Zarr's adoption fee is $300 and includes her desexing, lifetime registration, and 3 x training lessons with thanks to Wyong Dog Training. She is also regularly treated for flea and worms and is up to date with her vaccinations.

Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please give the facility a call on 43044350 to make an appointment and ask further questions.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once all of your questions have been answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in. Please bring to your appointment photos of your fencing also showing all gates that attach to the house.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
