About Max
Looking for a new place to call home is Charlie! He is one very sweet and kind natured adult dog who is full of energy and has so much love to give.
Being a working type breed, Charlie will need a home with secure 6ft fencing to help keep him safe, as well as, plenty of daily exercise and toys to help keep his mind occupied.
We highly recommend that Charlie, as with all our dogs, attends obedience training to keep his active mind busy and his doggie manners in check.
He is ready to embrace a new lifestyle with open paws and prove that he is a loyal and loving companion for any sized family!
Adoption details
Taking on a pet is a long-term commitment. Before adopting it is essential to research what type of animal would best suit your home and lifestyle.
All animals waiting for a new home can be found on the shelter website, or by visiting the shelter in person. All animals available for adoption are ready to be adopted straight away.

In response to the current COVID-19 pandemic, Campaspe Animal Shelter is making some operational changes, in place from Friday, 27 March.
Our team of staff and volunteers will continue to care for all animals at the shelter. Access to our services will now be by appointment only:
- Adoptions
Monday to Friday we will have two sessions a day available
10am – 12pm and 2pm – 4pm
Saturday and Sunday
10am – 12pm
- All other services such as, surrenders, stray animals, reclaims and microchipping
o Monday to Thursday 10am – 6pm
o Friday 10am – 4.45pm
o Saturday 9am – 1pm
o Sunday and public holidays 10am – 12.30pm
