Hi, I’m Callisto!

I survived a long journey from a pound in Queensland and am overjoyed to have a second chance at life.

I’m a very well-behaved two year old girl who settled into my foster home instantly! I LOVE LOVE LOVE food and will yell with happiness and show you my special meerkat dance whenever you give me my dinner. I’m very cuddly and I love humans, I’m happy to quietly nap the day away or follow you around and chat to anybody who wants a conversation. I’m even gentle when being given a bath! I’ve been very love-starved and do my best to make everybody like me!

I was attacked by another cat while at the pound so I’m a little nervous around aggressive cats and big noisy dogs who want to chase me. My foster family has a big loud dog but I’m never rude, I’ll just walk away and complain if he comes too close! With a proper introduction, I’d probably enjoy the company of a friendly animal or two.

I’m an absolute angel with little children and am just learning how to play for the first time so I’d make a wonderful companion cat alone or to join a family.
