Brandi

Brandi came into care with her brother Bailey (advertised separately) when her family decided the dogs were too much for their family. Brandi has a pure bred Rottweiler Mum and a pure bred Dachshund Dad. She only weighs 12.2kgs so is very much Standard Dachshund size, and is very much Dachshund personality!
Brandi is thoroughly enjoying her time in foster care, loves everyone, whether they are human or canine, and is reveling the attention she is getting. She loves going for walks on leash, although she does need to practice that skill still. She is also keen to go for drives in the car with her carer. Another of her favourite things is playing in water - she LOVES it!
Brandi would benefit from going to Puppy preschool to continue learning the things she needs to know.
As you can see, she has a beautiful dappled coat, and is such a gorgeous girl.
Brandi does need good Colourbond fencing, she can clear my hip high fencing and goes for a stick beak around the farm. She doesn’t run off, and her recall is brilliant.
She will be ready to leave foster care from Weds 18th Nov.

Please note our location is Moree, northern NSW, and the only way to adopt this lovely girl is to drive and collect her from us.
When you send an enquiry, please tell us that you can commit to the drive, that all the members of your household are happy to adopt her, and that you have Landlords permission if required.
Also tell us the kind of life you are offering Brandi. Do you have kids? Do you have other pets? How long would Brandi be alone during the daytime, if at all?
