About Phoebe (adoption Pending)
'Phoebe' came to the RSPCA as a stray. We have no prior history.
I am not very confident with children, so I would prefer to live with adults.
I can be shy at first, but all I'm looking for is someone to love me. I am very snugly and sociable once I get to know you. When it comes to relationships, I don't leap in paws first, if you know what I mean. But give me a little (some) time, and I'll shower you with purrs, head-butts, and plenty of lap time. I am still a young kitten with so much to learn about the big wide world.

Adoption details
RSPCA Victoria operates on an adoption-by-application model. When browsing our available animals, there is an option to submit an application to adopt. Once an application has been submitted, the applicant will be contacted with information on next steps. Please note we will be unable to book adoption appointments at our sites unless this application has been received.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
