About Chika
Chika came to us with the name Gloom, but she was not a gloomy cat all, cheeky, vocal, affectionate, oriental looking but not gloomy at all. She is just gorgeous girl. She can be demanding and she will came and help herself to your lap. We changed her name to something that was feminine oriental young petite flower, the Japanese given name of Chika. This suits her beautifully as that is exactly what she is! Like all our wonderfully cats here, she is immunised, micro chipped and de-sexed, and regularly treated for worms and fleas.
Adoption details
HappyPaws Haven is fussy about who adopts these animals and where they are housed and cared for. The adoption criteria is documented as a questionnaire and strictly adhered to. We do not adopt animals to people who rent unless they are long term rental at the same address and have landlords written permission.
We ask if they have thought about the attributes they want in a dog, lifestyle, childrens ages, prepared to train, etc. We also talk about responsible pet ownership, fully fenced yards, hours unattended etc. and finally a vet reference.
