Jimmy ~ 5mo Bull Arab X (On Trial 23/11/2020)

Jimmy is a charming and playful 5 month old Bull Arab X puppy with a big personality and a lot of love to give.

Jimmy is a big sook and loves being around people. He is a typical 5 month old puppy with lots of energy and needs a family who will channel this into positive sources such as training as well as mental and physical exercise. Jimmy loves to collect items, from shoes to sweet potatoes and carry them around the house, and while he has not proven himself to be destructive, his new family will need to puppy proof their house to ensure nothing potentially dangerous is within reach. Once Jimmy is done playing, he is happy to curl up in your lap or at your feet and snooze

Jimmy is a very smart puppy and since being in care has learned a number of basic commands including sit, stay, recall, lay down, shake and leave as well as almost mastering his toilet training and walking well on the lead. He picks up new things very quickly and would love a family who wanted to continue with his training.

Jimmy did not have a lot of care in his early life and up until recently he has not been exposed to a lot of things in the outside world. As a result, Jimmy can become nervous of new experiences however his confidence is improving daily.

Jimmy will grow to be a large dog and needs a family who are willing to ensure he grows to be happy and well adjusted. Jimmy’s ideal family would have someone home more often than not or who can take him to work with them, and have time and patience to spend with him to help him explore the world. Jimmy would love another well behaved dog to help teach him the ropes, he is very playful and would need a sibling who can match his energy levels. Jimmy is suitable for a home with children provided they know how to behave appropriately around large puppies.

Jimmy’s adoption fee is $500 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and he has been treated for fleas and worms. Jimmy is in care in Maitland, NSW.
