Lemmy is a delightful girl who finds herself here by no fault of her own. Lemmy has lived with another dog for most of her life and we would like her to go to a home where there is a friendly resident dog. Lemmy loves a game with a (little) tennis ball and is a genuinely a fun little dog! However - she is NOT a lap dog and she does not particularly enjoy being picked up or being cuddled. She is busy and on-the-go and would appreciate an active home who will include her as part of the family.

Premium Adoption Fee
*Please note that Lemmy holds a premium adoption fee. Adoption fees contribute to RSPCA ACT operational costs and helps us look after and enrich the lives of other animals in our care that may not find their forever homes as readily.
Premium adoption fees are applied based on a number of contributing factors, including but not limited to: individual pet characteristics, behaviour profile, care requirements, registration status, free market principles.

We recommend Lemmy for a family with children 8 years and older. Children will need to meet this dog prior to adoption. Please remember that all interactions between children and dogs should be monitored.

The adoption fee for Lemmy is $750.00 which helps to cover the cost of her mandatory de-sexing, vaccinations, microchip and a lot of care from the RSPCA crew. Who says you can't buy love?!
