About Tre
Looking for a super cute energiser bunny? Meet Tre!
Tre is one of the shyer pups in the litter and needs a family who is going to help him find his feet in the big wide world, however once comfortable in his environment he is your typical inquisitive, playful and cheeky puppy!
Tre is going to be a high energy dog so a family committed to a good amount of daily exercise is important. Being a working breed mix he is very intelligent and any family that applies will need to demonstrate how they plan to keep Tre mentally and physically stimulated.
Being so intelligent, Tre is picking up on basic training very quickly and is learning to sit, drop and to walk on lead. He is currently living in a unit so has been trained to use puppy pads, but we are not looking to home him into a unit as his forever home, so his new family will need to be patient while he learns where the appropriate place to toilet is.
We are looking for a doggy experienced family to help Tre gain some confidence in the outside world. Working breed experience is a bonus, but in the alternative a family who have had previous experience with instilling confidence into puppies/dogs. Tre is a very happy go lucky pup at home but is very shy in new environments and meeting new people. Because of this we feel a home with no kids or older kids (14+) is essential for him to settle in his new home faster and in turn start to gain confidence in the outside world sooner.
Tre’s new family needs to be committed to ongoing training and socialization with new people, places and other dogs. Dog parks are not going to be a suitable place to socialize Tre at the moment as it would be very overwhelming for him, so any potential families need to be able to demonstrate how and where they would be introducing Tre to other dogs.
Tre will need a yard to enjoy during the day and a warm bed inside to sleep on at night. He does not like being left alone at the moment so we are looking for a home with someone home most of the time or with a stable, confident dog to help with Tre’s confidence. His new family should expect to instill good daily routines especially around bedtime.
If you think you can provide our gorgeous boy Tre with the fun and active life he deserves, please fill out an adoption enquiry form on our Fetching Dogs website as the next step in the process.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
