About Brooklyn DL2556
Brooklyn is a beautiful girl, very intelligent and alert. She is so obedient and well behaved at home. She is house trained, sits on cue, and goes to her bed when asked.
She is a sweet and friendly soul who absolutely adores affection. She burrows her head into the lap of every new human she meets. She has the best smile and her tail goes crazy wagging, she could clear a coffee table with that waggy tail! She is otherwise very gentle, she never snatches and takes food carefully.
Brooklyn is great in the car; she enjoys the breeze in her face, or will just lay down and nap. She walks very well on her harness when there are no distractions, but she isn't keen on other dogs or cats. She'll need someone confident and strong to work on her lead walks, or even better, a large property with plenty of room for her to sniff and explore.
Brooklyn really loves her dental chews! She doesn't seem too interested in dog toys, she would much prefer a cuddle and a head scratch or tummy rub. A relaxed home environment with adults is perfect for Brooklyn. She loves to meet new people, so would be happy having your friends over to visit. She is truly the sweetest girl.
Brooklyn loves to go for a quiet walk in the morning, then spends the day hanging around and snoozing quietly next to whoever is home (we haven't heard a single snore from her!). She can tend to lick her paws when left alone, so best suits someone home a bit more often. She is very well behaved indoors and out, and will just rest on her bed when you do need to go out.
Such a sweet senior girl deserves a home of her own. Email DFLadoption@gmail.com today to apply.
Medical notes
Brooklyn has ear drops for her sore ears. Her allergies cause itchy paws, so sticking to a strict diet is necessary to manage this.
