Of the five boy kittens in his litter, gorgeous little ginger Mowgli is the quietest of them all. Being from a litter of five boys is a challenge - while the others (Chad, Bixby, Cedric and Mitchell (adopted)) are very confident, Mowgli has his own little personality.
Mowgli purrs when you pat him and will share the couch with you but he isn’t terribly keen on being cuddled. The affectionate you will get from Mowgli will be on his terms.
Like most ginger boys, Mowgli has a bit of an independent streak. He is happy to spend time snoozing away in a quiet corner but when the action starts he is in there like a flash!
This handsome little guy has grown up in a foster home with a dog and other cats, so he would be fine if you have other pets, with the right introductions. Ideally though he would suit a quiet home of just adults.
Mowgli and his litter mates were rescued after living rough in a factory in Dandenong. They were not in great shape, so it is important to read the medical notes before requesting an application form for this boy.

Medical notes
Mowgli and his siblings were discovered to have ringworm when they were rescued. We have successfully treated the ringworm and Mowgli has been 100% cleared by our vet, however we do not recommend he goes to a home with children under the age of 10, if at all.
Adoption details
HOW TO ADOPT FROM US:
1. Email dandycatrescue@yahoo.com and request an adoption form to be sent to you, fill it out and return it to us. We’ll be in touch!
2. If your application is successful, we’ll make arrangements for you to visit our cats and kittens at our foster carer’s home.
3. We ask that you pay the nominated fee to us via online bank deposit either at the adoption day or at the home visit (preferred), or in cash. We do not accept eftpos, credit or debit card transactions at this stage.
4. You will be provided with a folder of paperwork for your new kitty upon adoption. Your adoption fee includes a Central Animal Records Change of Ownership that is completed by us online two weeks after the adoption.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
