About Kalli
Hey there I'm Kalli. I'm part Border Collie, part Kelpie and part Energizer Bunny. I'm a crazy energetic girl looking for a dedicated family to spend the rest of my life with.
I was surrendered into care by my old owner so that I could have a better life. Those that know the Border Collie breed know just how much hard work we can be. I promise I am worth it though.
I am an all round good girl and it's pretty hard not to fall in love with me. I am great with dogs, cats & tiny humans. I've even been around chickens, goats and sheep. I'd absolutely love to go to a property with lots of animals. I especially need another canine friend at home. I do require a minimum of 3,000m2 block to run around as anything smaller will make me GO CRAZY.
I am full of energy and never really stop. I can play ball all day every day. I love balls and love playing fetch, but I never want to give the ball back to you. I'm still working on that!
When I am not playing ball, I like to pretend I am a finalist in Australian Idol. I LOVE to bark and howl so I am definitely not suited for suburban life! I'm not barking because I want attention or because I'm lonely, I just love the sound of my own voice.
Considering how high energy I am, I am a very well behaved girl inside. I would love a home where I get to be included in the home.
I am very smart (too smart my mum says) I always come to my name, sit and wait for food. I am learning new tricks every day and would absolutely benefit from puppy preschool plus ongoing training.
I know I am a gorgeous pup but Border Collies are not for everyone! Please ensure you thoroughly research my breed and meet all the requirements recommended by Belle Vie before applying. I'm not just a 'throw in the back yard and walk once a day' type of gal. I need DAILY physical and mental stimulation.
Well that's all - someone just through the ball so I got to go!
Medical notes
When I arrived into care, it was discovered that I had an old injury to my right eye. This injury has resulted in me not having full vision i that eye. I can still see, just not 100% and this has been looked at and confirmed by a specialist. The specialist advised that there is no further concern.
