Iris

Lovely Iris LOVES pats more than anything, and when she focuses her million dollar smile on you, it's pretty impossible to not give in to her demands for more pats (and maybe a few more pats!). She is settling into life as a foster girl pretty well. She gets along well with other dogs, both her foster greyhound siblings as well as dogs of various sizes that's she's met while out and about. Though she's lived with children, she's met a few, and has been good with them too.

Iris would love to have a family and home of her very own! At seven, she's earned the right to a relaxing retirement - so plenty of indoor time and comfortable places to snooze is what this girl is looking for. She would be very happy with a canine companion, but is confident on her own. Though she can handle some alone, she would prefer is you were at home...patting her, of course!
