My name is Romeo and I'm here to tell you that life is too short to take it slowly or play hard to get. I will wear my heart on my sleeve for you, and adore you!

I'm not picky on friends. In my opinion, everyone is a playmate and as long as they can keep up, we'll have a great time! I love wrestling with my foster buddies and doing zoomies together. I'm too fast, too furious. You'll never catch me, so don't go leaving gates open. It's not like I'm trying to run away - but the opportunity to zoom should never be taken for granted!

I have an agile mind and I'm really good at understanding what the humans want from me. I'll come when you call me, go to bed when you tell me. I'll find my toy if you ask me and I'll shake your hand with the unspoken agreement to love you.

How am I on a walk? Let me tell you, you humans spend far too much time with your head in the air when all the interesting smells are actually on the ground. Obviously, I have to give it all a good sniff, and it's important to do it properly. Over the years I've learned it's better to zig-zag rather than walk in a straight line. This way I get to smell everything and it'll keep you on your toes too! Win win!

I love when my humans talk in their baby voice at me and give me pats. I hate their grumpy voice though, and will disappear as soon as I hear it. I don't like loud noises either, but who likes to be given a fright anyway?

I'd love a home where I could have a friend to play with all day, or the opportunity for lots of play dates. I don't spend a lot of time alone, and I do enjoy some company.

I get myself settled quickly and it doesn't take me long to relax. I'll welcome anyone into the home as well really, I mean, Mi Casa, Su Casa!! The more the merrier! Our home is your home. Let's live it up, just as long as everyone pats me and gives me attention then all are welcome.

Our dogs available for adoption are all living in private foster homes and are available for you to meet. By submitting an application we will be in contact with you.

Our adoption fee includes a general health check, flea and worming treatment, vaccination, microchipping and desexing. If the dog is too young for desexing, a voucher is provided. A 14 day adoption trial period is available when adopting an animal from BARRC.

Adoption fees are required to be paid in full before taking the animal onto trial.
