About:
Lizzie is a gorgeous grey lady that came into care with her 5-month-old kittens but was found to be pregnant again. Lizzie has been an amazing mama to both litters of kittens and is just a beautiful cat inside and out. Lizzie absolutely loves pats and cuddles. She will bump her head into your hand as much as she can for endless head pats, and once done with those, will flop down and roll over for belly rubs. Cuddles and attention are very high priorities for Lizzie. Despite having had at least two litters of kittens, Lizzie is still only very young herself, and has discovered toys and games while in care. She loves chasing after the stick toy and plays like a kitten herself!
When Lizzie was introduced to the resident cats, she fitted herself in very easily. She hasn’t shown too much interest in becoming besties with others, preferring to just do her own thing and explore, giving other cats their space, and preferring that they do the same to her, at least until she settles in fully. However, Lizzie was unsettled when she lived briefly on her own but settled once she was in a multi cat household again. Lizzie’s ideal home would have at least one other cat that would be happy to provide companionship.
Lizzie has also met the resident large breed dog and would be fine with any dog, as long as it is safe and respectful with cats.
She has not been around children, but with her easy going and friendly attitude Lizzie would likely do well with children once she has settled in.
While super friendly and usually confident, Lizzie can actually get a bit of stage fright, and can be nervous and may want to hide around strangers. She shouldn’t take long to warm up, but she may not be up to her cuddliest best during any meets.
