About Finn
How does someone as cute as Finn end up at the Pound and then have nobody come looking for him? That question puzzles us too, but that’s exactly what happened to Finn.
Though he’s not a purebred rough coated Jack Russell, he has the busy, playful and inquisitive personality of one. He weighs around 4 kilos and loves humans and other dogs too.
He’s young enough to train to leave cats and other creatures alone.
He would be too jumpy (as in jumping up) around young children, but would be fine around older children. For this reason and his activity levels, a very elderly owner wouldn’t be the most suitable for Finn.
A home with another young, playful dog would be right up his alley.
Finn is learning to walk on a leash and really enjoys his outings. He travels well in the car.
Finn is in care at Moree, NSW.
Due to the Covid situation, commercial transportation options are virtually non existent so please don’t apply to adopt Finn unless you’re prepared to drive to Moree to collect him. To illustrate where he is located, Moree is about a 7 hour drive from Sydney.
If all decision makers are in agreement and you wish to apply to adopt Finn, please send an enquiry through PetRescue. Tell us about the home and lifestyle you can offer him ie. who is in your family, their work hours, other pets etc.
Medical notes
Microchipped, vaccinated and will be desexed before he goes to his new home.
