About Doree π
Doree Doree.....an adorable and loving little girl who loves to snuggle with her humans while they watch their favourite shows, and uses their feet as her pillow at night time.
She is elegant, she is spicy, and she is shy around strangers. Miss Doree does take some time to start trusting people. She is not aggressive, not hissy, just reserved and quite shy. This little girl was born on the busy streets of Sydney and missed out on human interaction until she arrived in care at the age of 8 weeks.
Doree is now learning that humans are fun, gentle and approachable! She is now quite comfortable in her foster home and will run to her foster dad as he walks through the door, rubbing her head against every inch of his clothes. Meanwhile, her tail stands right up and resembles an antenna π
She loves the cats in her foster home and tolerates cat friendly dogs that try their best to sniff and lick her and feel she would settle into her new home easier if she had another little feline friend. She is also using her kitty litter like a boss!
Doree is looking for home with patient and understanding people who will allow her time and space to feel comfortable. In return, she will love you, hug you and run to greet you on your return home each day.
To keep Doree safe (and the wildlife), she is looking for an indoor only home, or better still, a home where she also had a secure outdoor enclosed area (so she can enjoy the outdoors safely). That way you'll never have to worry about where she is, or the 'presents' she may bring home to show you.
Doree is located in Narara on the Central Coast NSW. She has had all her vet work done and ready to find her forever home.

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
