About Daffodil
Hello my name is Daffodil.
I have been living with my foster carers for 8 weeks now.
I am a very cuddly girl and am never far away from my foster mum - I like to know where she is at all times.
I am a very vocal girl and love a good chat! My purr is very loud, especially when I am getting pats. I often like to roll on my back and get my belly rubbed.
I can be a bit bossy, so I’d need to be an only child or have a sibling who will let me be the Queen Bee 🐝
I have a healthy appetite and have enjoyed Optimum dry biscuits lately.
I really don’t like being flea treated so my new mum or dad will have to be understanding about this and be patient with me.
I am very good at using my litter box and have excellent hygiene standards.
One of my favourite hobbies is sitting at the window and watching the birds outside. I have never been outside and although it’s really interesting, it’s best if I stay as an indoor cat.
I love to play with my toys and I particularly love my scratching board.
I used to hate the telly as it was initially too loud and bright for me but now I quite enjoy watching telly with my foster humans. My foster humans have been working from home so I’m used to having lots of company. I’ve tried to participate in their Zoom meetings on several occasions, however my input isn’t always welcome. I’m not great at typing or spelling but try my best if I get the chance to be a part of the office duties. My new human may need to set up a spot for me right next to them if they want to get any work done from home.
I’m still getting used to sudden sounds and movements so would be best with adults and older children who can keep the Zen.
I love my fur being brushed and this helps keep me looking my best.
