About Remedy
Remedy is approximately four months old and is as sweet as sweet can be. She has been bottle reared since she was just a little love and has thrived whilst in care with us.
Remedy was found roaming the streets of suburbia and ended up in a metro pound. Fortunately, they gave us a call so she started her journey with the Animal Trust Society :)
Remedy gets along well with dogs, cats, other goats and sheep. She is playful, affectionate and SUPER cheeky - just like any little goat ;)
She walks well on a lead and enjoys being out and about.
Ideally, we'd love her to go to a Forever Thing that has property or at least a large space for her to graze, relax and frolick around. Being a nimble goat, you will need a minimum of six foot fencing (approx. 1.8m) as goats are crafty and can find ways to jump even higher. Her current living space consists of around 1100sqm, 1.8 fencing with 800mm extensions as well as two sheds for sleeping and shelter.
Her new home would be great if she had other goats, however, not necessary. If you do have male goats, they will need to be neutered.
She is just a young lass and will suit any home that has love for her - as long as you have the space and fencing :)
Medical notes
Remedy is vaccinated and microchipped. She is not desexed - our vet advised against this as the risk of desexing female goats and sheep can be quite high.
Goats require six monthly vaccinations so you will need to be aware of this schedule and we are happy to help educate with this :)
Remedy still has her horns as we do not believe in removing them :)
