* an active young retiree
* a secure yard to avoid digging or escape through small gaps

Lily is just the sweetest natured little terrier. Although her details state Jack Russell as per her microchip, her lineage is very likely Tenterfield as she is much finer and smaller than your typical Jack.
Lily is an absolute pleasure to have in the home. She does not bark or present with any destructive behaviours. She adores her one human and is a complete lap dog. She can be nervous when first being introduced to new people but overcomes this when she understands that they mean no harm.
She likes to have her person close to her and to be included in everything they are doing. She is a little shadow dog but will also respectfully sleep in her bed (or with you if this is your preference).
Lily loves to go for her daily walk and at present we are avoiding busy areas to prevent her being overwhelmed by new things too quickly

Our dogs available for adoption are all living in private foster homes and are available for you to meet. By submitting an application we will be in contact with you.

Our adoption fee includes a general health check, flea and worming treatment, vaccination, microchipping and desexing. If the dog is too young for desexing, a voucher is provided. A 14 day adoption trial period is available when adopting an animal from BARRC.

Adoption fees are required to be paid in full before taking the animal onto trial.
