About Ruby
We don’t know how or why this beautiful girl ended up at the Pound - but here she is, in need of a new home and family.
The Ranger has her breed noted as Kelpie x, but she looks very much like many Kelpies I have seen.
She’s a real sweetheart - perfectly lovely with our small dogs and cats as well as bigger dogs. Though she probably hasn’t been an indoor girl previously, she has no problem with being inside my home, spending part of each day in the kennels and part in my home.
We think sweet Ruby would be happy with semi retired people who she can join in their daily activities and just potter around with. She doesn’t appear to require masses of exercise, but would be up for whatever was going.
She likes cars and jumps straight in - no lifting required.
Ruby hasn’t encountered children while I’ve had her, but with her gentle nature I’d expect her to be fine with them - testing could be arranged if required.
Ruby is in care at Moree, NSW. You will need to be prepared to drive to Moree to collect her if you’re the successful applicant (7 hours from Sydney - merely to illustrate where we are located) as no commercial transportation options are available at present.
Medical notes
Microchipped, vaccinated and will be desexed.
