About Raynar
Rayner , as a Great Dane x Staghound x Greyhound x Kelpie is a head turner indeed .
We’ve done all the basic ground work with housetraining and house manners . Raynar is a teenage lad so does push the boundaries on occasion but with consistency he quickly respects the rules .
Raynar has been running with a large number of dogs but I find he still shows some inappropriate greeting with new dogs initially so slow and steady introductions to potential house or play mates are needed. He is not suitable around small pets , cats or livestock . He likes to even chase the butterflies 🙃
Raynar needs his people to be strong of body and heart . He requires continued and consistent lead training and can get overexcited getting into a walk . To be blunt he still sucks on lead ....just as we think he’s got it ....he reverts back to freight train . With maturity it will happen.
This is a boy that will mature into a fine family dog given the time and training.
Please note Raynar is not suitable for a home with CATS , SMALL DOGS, LIVE STOCK OR CHILDREN
