About Rosie
Our gorgeous girl Rosie is beginning the search for her forever family!
A sweet girl who has had a very tough few weeks, Rosie loves treats, snuggles and belly rubs.
We consider Rosie to be a high level special needs puppy who we would love to find a home where she can thrive and progress to the best of her ability!
Rosie is searching for a home where she is the only pet and with no young children. Rosie will fit in perfectly with someone who works from home, is home quite a lot or even retired.
Rosies adoption fee helps to cover a small amount of her recent hospitalisation and extensive treatments, and she is desexed and microchipped. She will also go home up to date with her vaccinations, tick, flea, worm and Heartworm treatments.
Medical notes
Rosie sustained skull fractures after being involved in a motor vehicle accident. From this accident she has been diagnosed as having a Traumatic Brain Injury.
Whilst her fractures are healing well she has been left with a moderate degree of neurological damage. This is displayed in her behaviour where she can walk in one way circles and can become disoriented or frightened easily.
Rosie has improved dramatically since being with us and we believe that she will continue to do so in a loving home environment! She is maintaining herself in normal day to day activities such as eating, drinking, toileting and belly rubs beautifully so we are excited to see how much more she can progress in a home environment.
Whilst we cannot predict what potential longer term conditions may develop for Rosie, we are more than happy to discuss further with interested families.
