About 3834 - Bill
š¾š¤ MEET HEAD-BUMPING BILL š¤š¾
Hi, Iām Bill! Iām a friendly 3 year old boy with so much love to give. Iāve had a rough start to life; I was found as a stray with a wound on the side of my neck. Fortunately, I made my way into care thanks to the Perth Rescue Angels, and Iām ready to start my new life.
Going from living on the streets to a foster home has been a big adjustment but Iām really loving having my own house so far. Iāve discovered this thing called a BED and itās the best thing ever! I love to sleep next to my foster mum, she thinks I might be a lap cat in the making!
I follow my human everywhere and if I donāt know where she is, Iāll call out! I like to give looots of head bumps and will use any surface I can... your elbow, your knee, the wall... itās all fair game! When Iām feeling super happy and relaxed, Iāll even flop over and show you my tummy.
I am a superstar at using my litter tray and am extremely food motivated (maybe because I didnāt have much of it on the streets!) Iām such a clever boy I think I could even learn a few tricks!
Iām a bit of a ladies man and really enjoy the company of female cats. The lady who helped me into care had female cats and I was very good with them, even if they didnāt like me much. Back in my street days I didnāt get along with the male cats, but now Iāve been desexed I may be open to having male cat companion if we had a nice slow introduction first. In my current foster home I call out to the resident cats (both male and female) as Iām desperate to make friends so I would likely thrive in a household with other friendly kitties however I will need to be an indoor only cat due to my FIV.
I havenāt been around children or dogs just yet but my foster mum thinks Iād better suit a home with older children, because sometimes I can get overwhelmed if Iām patted too much. I occasionally give what my foster mum calls ālove bitesā, which is my way of telling you Iāve had enough pats. I donāt mean to hurt you, and this may be a habit I grow out of.
Iād thrive in a family that understands the challenges Iāve faced and will give me the time, space and love to grow my confidence. Iāve had such a tough start to life and Iām so deserving of a place to call my own, could that be with you?
