About Stan
What a handsome man is Stan! A Greyhound born on 24th April, 2016, Stan is super keen to find his forever home.
Stan is a confident boy who loves people. He is always ready to make a new friend and loves his pats and ear scratches.
Stan is quite happy to make new doggy friends too and he gets along well with other dogs of all shapes and sizes. If he was to be rehomed with a smaller dog, we would recommend that the little doggo has a confident nature so as to not be intimidated by Stan's height. It would be best if Stan was not rehomed with cats in residence.
While he loves to be out walking, and has beautiful lead manners, Stan can be a little nervous in unfamiliar places, but adjusts and settles very quickly.
Stan shows no signs of food aggression or seperation anxiety and although he does not seem to be bothered by loud noises, we would recommend he be allowed inside during thunderstorms and fireworks where he knows he is safe.
In typical Greyhound style, Stan has a calmness and quite dignity about him, but also a loving nature and sense of fun that will keep you smiling.
Stan is such a happy and affectionate lad, who would make a super loyal and perfect companion for the right family. He is so full of love, and would love to be in a home where he is included as a member of the family and involved in the day to day activities. Stan will thrive in an environment that guides him with positive direction and lots of love and attention.
Stan's adoption fee is $450 and includes his desexing, lifetime registration, and 3 x training lessons with thanks to Wyong Dog Training. He is also regularly treated for flea and worms and is up to date with her vaccinations.

Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please give the facility a call on 43044350 to make an appointment and ask further questions.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once all of your questions have been answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in. Please bring to your appointment photos of your fencing also showing all gates that attach to the house.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
