On Hold
Humphrey appears to have led quite a life. He had been seen hanging around suburban Devonport for over a year and finally someone took pity on him and brought him into the Devonport Animal Care Centre. It was lucky they did. Poor Humphrey was in a bit of a state, with fleas, mucky ears and two huge cat bite abscesses on his face. He was sad and sore and would have been in a bit of trouble if he had stayed on the street any longer.
Humphrey loves a good chat. He is always the first to welcome us in the morning and inform us that his food bowl is empty. He enjoys a snuggle and his little purr engine fires right up when he's content. We would like to see Humphrey kept indoors and only let outside on supervised visits or into a cat run, as we know he has had run-ins with other cats on the street and we need to keep him safe.
Humphrey is FIV negative.
