About Lucy
Lucy is a long legged, short hair, fury love goddess. She is a beautiful soul looking for a family to love her forever.
Lucy has such a yearning to please. She happily brings you her favourite toy for a game of tug and loves nothing more than to play games with you. She absolutely loves outdoor adventures with her humans. She is the perfect dog for someone who wants a great doggy companion to enrich their life.
Lucy is super obedient, smart and learns very fast how to wrap you around her fury paws. She has an excellent recall. She is an inside dog and is house trained. She is crate trained and this provides a comforting space for her when the outside noises get a bit much. She is still working on her lead walking.
Lucy is both cautious and excited when meeting people and loves lots of pats. She is good with young children but doesn't know how to hold back her love so a house with little toddlers is not suitable.
Her ideal adopters will be a family who has lots of home time for her and will include her in their lives. Lucy has a suburban background but is startled by the loud noises of lawnmowers, vacuums and the ongoing loudness of the city. Whilst it is controllable and will improve with further training, you need to be aware that this is one of her quirks.
All Lucy wants is to be loved, she will give you back tenfold on whatever you give her. This young dog is an absolute gem.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. A meet and greet can be arranged if both parties wish to proceed, and we also offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
