CARMAR are very happy to announce that our Bonny Bon Bon is fully recovered from her major surgeries and is now ready for adoption.
Back in March this year, sweet 6yo Bonny the Chihuahua was diagnosed with luxating Patella in both her back legs,and ruptured posterior & anterior cruciate ligaments in her right knee aswell,
by Othopaedic surgeon Dr Ababan Ghosh, who suggested surgery asap, at a very competitive price of $4000.
It has now been 12weeks since Bonny had successfully undergone her surgeries back on the 25th June.
She had her last post-op Vet visit last Thursday, And after Dr Anaban gave her his final examination he has confirmed both her patella's are in the correct place and moving well and her ligaments are slowly returing to musculature , although he suggests she may well still do a little skip and hop occasionally as little dogs sometimes do.
He suggests ongoing swimming and daily walks to help continue more muscle definition and strength in her right leg.
All Bonny needs now is a loving home with the right people who can continue her DAILY exersize AND socialisation.
Bonny is an alround pawfect pet.
She is family friendly. She is cat friendly, she is Toddler friendly.
Given the right introduction, she is also dog friendly.
Bonny can show fear with people ,especially men, who rush or loom over her.
She is house trained, doggy door trained, excellent car traveller and is happy to stay inside all day with her pawfect human family.

All our CARMAR cats and Canines are fostered in private homes, so are used to the comings and goings ,noises ,smells and environments of a normal household. They are all desexed, michrochipped,vaccinated,wormed, flea free.
They are temperament tested,given basic training and are made an integral part of a family home lifestyle.

Adoption details
We require a completed expression of interest form prior to an initial meet and greet. A downloadable expression of interest form can be found a www.carmar.com.au. We may request a property inspection before adoption is finalised.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
