Hi my name is Billy!

I’m a chatty boy and will talk to you often to demand pats. I love a good scratch especially on my neck and I am moderately playful.

Being a ex-street cat has meant I've never had my own human before and now that I'm adjusted to the life of an indoor cat I would love to have a human or family of humans of my own!

I don't mind being picked up and if you're sitting down I will cuddle up next to you or hop on your lap for pats or a snooze while we watch tv or do something quiet together. I can still be a little skittish from being a stray and will be startled and run away from you for funny reasons but I like to think I keep my foster humans on their toes as I will always come back for food and treats. Treats are my favourite food!

I prefer a firm flat bed as it's what I'm used to but I do like a snuggle on a bed with my foster humans. I enjoy following humans around the home and will often sit or flop on the floor near you just so we can be together. I’m a total sweetheart and would make a great fit for a family. I am untried with young children or other pets and am FIV positive and so this should be considered by my new owner.

My foster humans say it has been a joy to have me in their home but know I am ready to find my forever home.

I am fully litter trained and have even been trained (with treats!) to use the scratching post as long as it is conveniently placed. I can't wait to find my forever family and would love to meet you!

**cats with FIV can live long, normal lives. They simply have a lower immunity!
