About April
April would love to be the love of your life. A Greyhound born on 24th April, 2016, April is looking forward to finding her forever home.
April has a happy personality and a friendly nature who just loves to be with her favourite humans. She just loves people and cuddles and is happy to lap up all of the attention and give you loads of love in return.
She loves to be out exploring the world and she has super nice lead manners. She does not need a lot of exercise, just a lovely walk seeing the sights each day and she is then content to cuddle up with you or follow you around while you go about your day.
April always has a beautiful smile on her face and will always be your sunshine when you need a friendly face.
She has always been around other Greyhounds and is not quite sure why other animals happen to be in her life and would be best suited as an only child with either no other pets, or with another Greyhound.
April shows no signs of food aggression, although she does not like to be left alone for long periods and would suit a family, person or couple who work from home, are retired or work part time.
While April does not seem to be bothered by loud noises, we would recommend she be allowed inside during thunder storms and fireworks where she knows she is safe. As April is house trained, there is no need to worry about accidents in the home.
April is such a happy and affectionate lady, who would make a super loyal and perfect companion for the right family. She is so full of love, and she would love to be in a home where she is included as a member of the family and involved in the day to day activities. April will thrive in an environment that guides her with positive direction and lots of love and attention.
April's adoption fee is $450 and includes her desexing, lifetime registration, and 3 x training lessons with thanks to Wyong Dog Training. She is also regularly treated for flea and worms and is up to date with her vaccinations.

Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please give the facility a call on 43044350 to make an appointment and ask further questions.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once all of your questions have been answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in. Please bring to your appointment photos of your fencing also showing all gates that attach to the house.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
