Gadan

Introducing Gadan! This boy gets attention wherever he goes and we can see why- he is just stunning! He is described by his foster carer as a shadow as he just loves to be around people and get lots of love and he gives gentle kisses in return.

Before coming into care Gadan did not have much exposure to the outside world and can still get overwhelmed by loud noises or busy situations. His foster carers have been working hard at slowly introducing him to new places, people and other dogs and he is coming along great. His new owners should ensure not to overwhelm and flood him, but provide him with lots of opportunities to get out and about and experience new things.

Gadan is currently living with two other dogs- one large and one small. He loves having the companionship but is not yet ready to be a playmate. We are looking for a home with another friendly dog to help Gadan feel as confident as he can while transitioning to a new home and getting out and about.

Gadan enjoys a daily walk or trip to the dog park. He can get overwhelmed by very playful dogs but is not aggressive and will just walk away if overwhelmed.

This boy is extremely affectionate with his people and just loves human company. We are looking for a family who are home more often than not. He is very smart and loves his food. He has learnt to sit and is learning to walk on a leash properly. He sleeps through the night on his own bed in the foster carers room and his toilet training is coming along great !

Although he is fine with children we are looking for a home with no children or children teenage years and up as he still gets a bit overwhelmed in noisy and busy situations and we feel he would transition better into a quieter home. Being a large breed puppy his new family must be committed to providing him with a high quality diet and provide him with appropriate exercise.
