Could you be Brady’s Happy Ending ? 🙏

This 4 year old Staffy baby needs no introductions to our regular followers.

Less than 2 weeks ago his heart was shattered when his owner passed away at home suddenly .. he and his 17-year-old fur sibling waited alone for him to wake up.

3 days later a visitor found them – only Brady made it through.

He has understandably struggled to comprehend what has happened, but he has been shown so much love by an amazing foster family that he is starting to recover.

Now comes the hard part – he is well, he is coming out of his shell – and much as we would love to wrap him in cotton wool and keep him till he is fully healed – that is not the fairest thing for him.

He wants to love and be love and he needs to start bonding with his “forever” not his foster family – we just cannot risk break his heart again .. so today the search starts.
From his Foster Family -

Just so you know a bit about him, he’s a really, really good boy.

He doesn’t know any tricks, I’ve been trying to teach him to lay down and he is slowly getting the hang of it.

He lovesss the water, he plays in it nearly the whole time he’s outside. He likes to step inside of the water while drinking it too, so you need to be careful when letting him back inside to make sure he isn’t wet and muddy haha.

He does show signs of fear maybe as at times he flinches at sudden movements and if you go to pat him unexpectedly – he is also frightened of raised voices.

He is very energetic considering how "chubby" he is, he could fetch toys all day if you let him.

He likes to be with you constantly, and if you put him outside he will cry at the door and he gets into a panic if no one is home and he tries to escape.

I have been trying to put him outside for a couple hours while I’m home each day so he knows that he isn’t just going outside when someone is leaving and he seems to have calmed down a bit.

He has also calmed down a heap at night time and doesn’t cry that much anymore.
He has so much love to give and thrives for affection and love!

He seems to be good with kids from what we have seen but haven’t had that much time with them to fully know.

I think he will be best suited to a family that is home a lot and spends a lot of time with him.

He is a very friendly and good boy and you hardly have to tell him off but when you do he listens straight away.

The poor boy needs a whole lot of love is his life! ❤️

Brady has been desexed, vaccinated to date and is microchipped as well as flea and worm treated.

His adoption fee in $450 and he is in foster care at Greenbank.
