Darth Vader

Angelo (tabby) and Darth (black) didn't know each other until a couple of weeks ago.

Angelo came to RSPCA as a very timid, totally unsocialised kitten who hid behind his crate in his pen so no one could see him. He went into foster for a couple of weeks, and made some progress, but then we transferred him to another foster home which is where he met Darth, and the two have become best buds!

Darth was also a stray and arrived at the shelter from Zeehan with a case of cat 'flu, so he needed extra care. Once he had recovered, he went to join Angelo in the foster home, and the two boys did wonders for each other. There is nothing like seeing another kitten at play to bring a shy one out of its shell, and nothing as good as hearing another cat purring to start your own 'motor' running.

Now the boys are great company for each other, and we think this is such a special story of recovery that we would love to see these two go to a new home together, so they can spend the rest of their lives loving and playing, and grow old together.
