Millie found her way to the shelter pregnant and terrified. She spent time in foster care to have her babies, where she blossomed into an extremely loving girl. Millie takes some time to settle in, as it's very scary going to a new place with new people, but once she trusts her humans, she is a loving, affectionate lap cat. Described as a "real talker", you'll never have to wonder where Millie is, and will come running when called. She is most definitely a lap cat, and will suit a family who wants a lot of love. Millie is still a young girl who loves to play, and will happily chase a ping pong ball or even just some rolled up alfoil. There are some things that Millie finds scary, like sudden loud noises and sudden movements, particularly of feet. Due to this, she would be best in a home without young children, though teens would be okay. Millie has spent her whole life indoors, and needs to continue to be a strictly indoor only cat. The one time she followed someone outside she didn't like it one bit! Millie has lived with other cats prior to her arrival at the shelter, and in foster care she lived with dogs. Her foster carer says that she'd make a great standover girl for the Mafia, as she was most definitely the boss of the dogs! Millie is waiting patiently at the shelter to meet her new family, so if she sounds like the cat for you then book an appointment to meet her.
