About Candy
Looking for something a bit different to sweeten up in your home? You know the sort that is a bit like a licorice all-sort which has a bit of everything but has that unique taste? Then Candy may be exactly what you're looking for. She is young at only 2, tiny at 24kg, bright and bubbly but also has the perfect off button when needed as well.
Being young she has a zest for life and would be the perfect wing gal for a family with respectful kids over the age of 8 to share many adventures with and we can confirm she is the BEST keeper of little girl secrets and dreams.
Candy is currently in foster care with a family and 2 other dogs in Canberra where she has been exploring the world on a rural property and has attended the kids Saturday soccer games - where she was the star of course.
Candy needs a full size yard with access to it during the day and is seeking a family that enjoys the same life values as her - which is everyday is like a box of chocolates :) She is fine for casual/part time workers but not someone who is away all all day every day unless she has another respectful houndie to hang with. She will blossom into an amazing dog with some firm rules and boundaries that can be followed through and wont give into those eyes. If you live in a unit or townhouse or have a cat or pocket pet, swipe left to the next doggo as she is not suited to that type of lifestyle.
Sounds like your gal? Then apply now as she will last as long as a bag of party mix at a kids party! Please see our adoption details at the bottom of this post on how to apply and our cat policy.
