About Ruby 🌺
Meet our pretty girl Ruby
Ruby didn’t have the best start to life and when she first came into rescue at 5 weeks she was very frightened and spent most of her time hiding All she really needed was to learn love and trust
Now 6 weeks later she is so much more confident in her surroundings although she can still get spooked at times and her new family will need to be patient and give her time to settle in Ruby has a beautiful loud purr and is very food orientated which helps with reassuring her of her surroundings She loves to play with absolutely anything and everything and climb the cat tower perching herself right at the top, oh and if you have a nice sunny spot somewhere guaranteed that is where you will find her.
Ruby would make a lovely little sister to an older cat or kitten as she loves to search out her foster host cats for a cuddle and a play
Currently in care with 4 foster host cats of various ages (whom he loves!)and a 5 year old lab, this girl has adjusted and is still adjusting so well to her new environment
Ruby is more inclined to sit next to you on the lounge rather than on you and isn’t particularly fond of being held for long lengths of time, however with time we think this will hopefully change seeing how far she has come
We are looking for the perfect home for Ruby and feel that a home without young children would suit her better.
To keep her safe (and the wildlife), we are looking for an indoor only home, or better still, a home where she also had a secure outdoor enclosed area (so she can enjoy the outdoors safely). That way you'll never have to worry about where she is or the 'presents' she may bring home to show you.
Ruby’s vet work will be completed early next week so meets will be organised for the following weekend
If you think you are the perfect match for this girl please send through an enquiry and it will be forwarded on to her carer for consideration

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
