Lacey is a 7 year old BAx, she’s total sweetheart.

Lacey desperately wants someone to love her.

Lacey came into care, with a number of health issues. Thanks to excellent care from her foster parents an multiple vet trips, she’s finally ready to take her final journey to find her furever home.

Lacey is a dominant female, and can be anxious, she needs a home that can take their time teaching her about the world.

She is very intelligent and picks things up very quickly, both commands and routines. She LOVES treats of any variety and affection which makes training her very easy.

She is very cuddly and would love nothing more than to spend her days staring lovingly at you and having her belly rubbed.

Lacey is toilet trained and has basic commands, but needs lots of consistency (she’s a tad stubborn).

She would love someone that can take the time to help her gain some confidence, including around other dogs in the big wide world, as she can get a bit overwhelmed. So ongoing training on this is needed.

Lacey is super happy being involved in anything you do, pottering in the backyard, housework, but you will find her most of the time either in the sun or on her bed having a long nap. She likes to sleep a lot.

She loves her walks, is great on lead and will happily walk along next to you.

She is a bit anxious, particularly if she thinks she is being left behind, but settles reasonably quickly. She tends to fabric suck and sook when she’s feeling anxious.
