Cassie is a beautiful and tiny tuxedo kitten, with the cutest milk moustache. She came to our rescue with her sister, Lilly, very afraid of us big scary humans.
Although her big sister has started to trust us more over the past few months, little Cassie is still very startled and runs away from her carers when they approach or make loud noises. She is, however, more than happy to follow you from a distance and can be lured closer with treats or stick toys. She also knows exactly when meal times are and will come close to give you the cutest squeaky meows for her wet food. If you’re very, very lucky, over time, Cassie may allow a gentle neck scratch when she feels safe in a high place, curled up ready for bed. This gives hope that time will help her slowly come out of her scaredy shell for her forever family.
Cassie will need a very patient and gentle family, preferably with feline friends to help draw out her confidence and playfulness. Meet and Greets will mostly be her carer talking about her beautiful little personality, while Cassie hides away and watches carefully.
